Tertiary Sector Player: Take on the Photovoltaic Challenge
Our ambition: supporting you in the production of renewable energy
The ambitious goals set by various national and European authorities to accelerate the energy transition require us to rethink our relationship with energy, its production, and consumption.
Whether you are in retail, healthcare, leisure, or mobility, you face both regulatory obligations and economic challenges to reduce your electricity consumption, as well as environmental challenges to lower your carbon footprint.
The Eco Energy Tertiary Scheme (DEET), also known as the “Tertiary Decree,” adopted in 2019, requires all tertiary sector players to progressively reduce energy consumption in their buildings to help combat climate change. These buildings, which represent nearly 975 million square meters, must reduce their energy consumption by 60% by 2050. *
Beyond this regulation, controlling and stabilizing energy costs is a real challenge for many. Solarization solutions exist to meet your needs, achieve your renewable energy consumption goals, and even transform you into a producer of green energy!

Our expertise in co-activity
Since 2006, we have been supporting businesses of all sizes in the tertiary sector with their solarization projects, whether for parking lots or buildings.

Our multidisciplinary teams, spread across the territory, ensure great responsiveness and a thorough understanding of your challenges. We assist you at every stage of the project.
We assess the potential of your sites to propose the solar solution that will meet your expectations and transform your spaces into renewable energy production sources.
This locally produced electricity can be fully injected into the grid or self-consumed on-site, allowing you to have real control over your consumption and energy bills!
What sites can host a photovoltaic plant?
Hospitals, leisure parks, hypermarkets, shopping centers, train stations, or airports… Photovoltaic technology adapts to a wide variety of sites without disrupting their operations.
Whether on rooftops or parking lot canopies, we specialize in managing co-activity for businesses that welcome the public. During the construction phase and throughout the operation of the solar plant, your activity remains unaffected, without inconvenience or losses, while benefiting from the positive outcomes of the installation.
Advantages of Photovoltaics for the tertiary sector
Partnering with Urbasolar means choosing a reliable partner for the energy transition who understands and anticipates your needs. We work with you based on a relationship of trust, with the shared goal of optimizing the energy performance of your buildings and parking lots to reduce your carbon footprint.
They trust us
As part of our ongoing commitment to the environment, we had been considering the idea of producing renewable energy at Disneyland Paris for several years. We just needed to find the right location: the 45 hectares of the visitor parking lot! Installing these photovoltaic canopies allows us to improve the environmental performance of the area and prepare for the future by integrating innovative solutions. Moreover, it addresses another major concern of the group: the well-being of our visitors.
We found in Urbasolar a quality partner who understood the specificities of our profession and proposed installations that meet the highest quality standards while satisfying our environmental and aesthetic requirements.
