We understand that developing a solar project is a 30-year commitment, so it is essential for us to be a long-term partner and ensure the smooth operation of the assets we build.

To this end, we operate a monitoring center that tracks the performance of our power plants in real time. Our in-house software precisely identifies any underperformance in our assets so we can tailor the appropriate predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance strategies.

Our teams monitor and address notifications from the equipment in our facilities on a daily basis. They diagnose the issue and can resolve it remotely or, if necessary, dispatch one of our maintenance technicians—who are located throughout the country—to address the problem.

By incorporating an analysis of the nature of the notification trigger, its priority, and its criticality level, this Urbasolar-specific monitoring process enables greater responsiveness and the potential for coordinating interventions to ensure the longevity of our generators and optimized electricity production.

This interface also highlights the “controllable” nature of solar energy. Thanks to the D-1 production forecasting system, we can regulate the flow of green electricity generated at our plants and fed into the power grid.

On the customer side, the recorded data allows each plant owner to view the most important information—such as performance metrics, monthly asset analyses, and intervention reports—with just a few clicks.
