Joining us starts with a personalized onboarding experience
to help you get started at the company.
Your future manager will be there to give you a warm welcome when you arrive. He or she will introduce you to the team and the people you’ll be working with. To give you a chance to chat in a more informal and relaxed setting, an orientation lunch is planned with your team.
You’ll go through a training program that includes e-learning modules to help you get to know the company, the solar industry, the different departments, and more... Plus a specialized section with e-learning modules on the software you’ll be using.
Over the course of a day and a half, you will be welcomed in Montpellier, where you will attend presentations on the renewable energy market, our business areas, our organization, and our values. You will also have the opportunity to participate in interactive workshops and tour a power plant built by Urbasolar.
